Does anyone know what this means in iOS it just started doing it on the Twitter app now it's doing it for the Facebook app? What's it cleaning and why has it just started?

I believe this means iOS is cleaning out the app cache (temp files, etc.) to free up space. I think this occurs only when your low on space.
