I was rather impressed with what it found, so I bought it. I think its amazing, saves gigs of hard drive space, that is taken up with unnecessary junk.

However I have heard a lot of stories where it has messed up their os install or programs.

What do you think>
 
I have been using it for about 6 months and have not had any issues with it so far. I think it is a good program.
 
I'd say it's one of those apps (list most Windows registry cleaners) which make you feel better but have almost no practical effect, but the (rare) potential for disaster.

+1 - Im pretty sure that Im never letting this near any of my production macs. Thats for sure. Might try it on a spare G3 or something though xD
