Cleans fans

Hello there,

I have a macbook pro Peryn 2.4ghz (silver keys) and with the faulty GPU, but never had trouble with it. When I start using skype or watch a clip on the internet, my fans start kicking in and they are full speed. Is this normal? Is it because there is dust accumulated? Is there a way I could clean this removing the top case???

Is it normal for my macbook pro to act like this?

but you guys don't find it annoying to hear the fans super loud when you talk to your loved ones on skype for example?

open the back panel and spray some compressed air all over it.
