Is there someplace that will advise me as to what I can get rid of and not screwup my 13" laptop ? I only use Safari/PScs3/e-mail/& iphoto . I have AI / Bridge and other Adobe things that I seldom use . I did delete all languages and games except for Eng. & Span. Can i clean up things without loosing the important stuff ? Should I take my lap in for this and to clean out cookies and maybe spyware (mac has none , I know :>)?

i am not sure if i understand what you want, but if you want to clean your mac from cahces, cookies and other junk that can slow the laptop over time, then download onyx (it is free and does very good job). hope this help
