Clear app caches

Is there anyway to clean the app caches from all the junk that it saves? Like Facebook for example is 200mb and installs at 10mb anyway to clear it without deleting the app?

You can use iFunbox (Windows / Mac) or iExplorer (Mac) to delete the contents in the Facebook app - proceed with caution! (no jailbreak needed)
