I have seen a clear back housing before and I cannot seem to find it ANYWHERE! does any one know where one could be found.

try ebay. I bought a light blue replacement back housing on ebay and the seller had a translucent replacement as well.
Of course youll have to install it yourself, and the housing is the hardest thng to replace.

I looked on ebay and i could nof find anything remotely close to this (i dont mean the engraving on the back)
