Clear cache email Addresses

Hello Folks
when i open a new mail message, i type a letter say, "W" i get 4 addresses on which i will never use their email again
how do i clear every email stored on my MacBook air?

Go to previous recipients under the window menu and delete the one you don't want to come up. It's a bit of a pain to do, but is particularly useful if there are emails that come up you want to avoid.
