Is there any way we can have a button that allows you to just clear out a currently edited draft reply?

There’s be many a time when I’ve started to reply but decided before submitting, to abandon it.

Even if I manually empty the contents, the draft seems to return.

I do all my posting on my iPhone using Firefox, so am unsure if there’s anything particular to that combo that means I’m missing something else.

There’s been way too many times when a zombie reply has attached itself to a more recent post, like an unwelcome parasite determined to derail my thoughts.

There's a "Delete draft" option in the toolbar:

May be harder to find on mobile, depending on screen size...not sure. :)

Not seeing in on landscape mode, either...
Yeah, strangely seems like it's not consistent for some reason (perhaps based on the device being used or something else of that nature):

Well, I'm very pleased to see this question asked, - thank you, @TiggrToo - as I, too, have had this precise issue, and never, ever, realised - as I had never either seen it, nor sought it (not believing it existed, as I couldn't see it, and had no idea where it might be found) this function actually existed.

Now, I have managed to locate it.

You learn something new every day; or, at least, one tries to, or hopes to.
