Clear Realmac how fast is iCloud sync?

Hello,

I hope, that someone here is using these apps - Clear for iPhone and for Mac.

I want to ask, how fast is the iCloud syncing from Mac to iPhone and back? I mean, it's almost real-time, few seconds... one minute? I couldn't find it on the internet. I'm just curious about it, how it could be fast. :)

I have got iPhone 5s and Macbook Pro Retina 14.
