Clearance MacBook Pro Ships in 30 Days?!

Apple has a number of previous-generation MacBook Pros on its web site like this this that show shipping in 30 business days.

Unless Apple is building new old computers (some, but not all in build-to-order configurations like the one above), why should it take 30 days for them to ship?
