Clearing default Watch App Usage?

Hi All - I've been noticing that ever since upgrading to watchOS 5.1.3 beta 2 my total usage has gone down. One App in particular as seen in the screen shot is the mail app. Is there anyway I can reduce this size as it continues to grow or would doing an un-pair and then re-pair potentially correct this?

The only way to reduce Mail app size would be to remove the number of accounts on the Watch. Or you could manually Trash every individual email.
