Hi all!
My daughter is running Catalina on her 2015 MacBook Pro and only has 128GB of storage space. This has never been an issue up til now, but the Big Sur update is trying to install and there's not enough space. I'm not very MacBook-savvy but she tells me she's done all the usual things to clear space, but the issue is that her 'Documents' folder is consuming 33GB, but only has one small file in it when she opens it, so we're not sure whether this is perhaps a total 'reserved' space, or whether something else (maybe hidden) is sat in there.
I read something about a key combo to see hidden files but it didn't work. If anyone can offer advice, I'd be very grateful.
