Clearing everything from Iphone after jailbreaking

Hey guys, I was just wondering, what is the best possible way to clear out all the info of my phone while keeping Cydia on it. I was planning on selling it and so far I saw the only possible way was to restore it and unlock it again. Is there another way for it? Thanks.

I would attach it to iTunes and do a full 'start as new iphone' restore and then re jailbreak. I jailbroke then went to settings >general>erase all content and settings and it bricked my phone. See my thread
