Clearing Preferences - iChat

Hey Guys,

I accidentally set iChat to remember my preferences when I clicked it to set me back when I go back on my computer after marking myself away - and it's driving me crazy. I come on to change the song on iTunes, or try to be unbothered and I get IMs from friends cause iChat has already changed my preferences. How can I reverse it so it prompts me again? Thanks.
