clearing/removing the previously shared names/contacts in Catalina's sharing output menu

in both iOS and macOS Catalina latest versions the share output option sheet lists names of contacts you have previously shared data with (through Messages, or Mail).
how to clear this list of persons/contacts you have recently shared data with?
