Clearing space

I want to clear some space as maxing out on my iPhone 14P now.

Went into settings>general>iPhone storage and going into messages can see other. What is this?

Also still inside messages it has photos and videos but doesn’t show anything in there? Thought it would show so I could delete.

Any other tips for clearing up some space? Is there any decent apps that do this?
