Click-to-flash issue in Lion

I've read that in order to "whitelist" a webpage with click to flash, you simply right click on the Flash icon and choose "add page to whitelist." However, I do not have that option.

I installed the click-to-flash extension directly from the Apple site - why do I not see it?
