Sorry if this is a stupid question but this is my first mac purchase (use a mac still running 0S9 at work.
I have a g5 dual 2.7 w/ 2.5 gigs of ram and I noticed that when clicking back in safari on some of these topics that there would be a few seconds of delay for the previous page to load. I know that a few seconds don't sound much but my previous PC which ran at 1.8 ghz and 1 gig of ram had absolutely no delay...

Any suggestions?

Depends on the page and how good the browser honors the cache header information. Most pages (especially php and all the dynamic ones) force the browser to recheck when it redisplays.

Annoying as hell.
