I just noticed this right now on my 3 month old MBP
When I click on the left side of the trackpad i hear a click. On the right side the click is COMPLETELY different. the click feels a little more resistant and the noise is different.
I'm in India. No apple stores here. There is a AASP around a 100miles away, but id prefer not to go there
The click works fine though

did you drop it?

If it's not working, take it in, but if it's working fine i don't know what you're concerned about.

hmm
I tried putting my palm on the trackpad and click hard (ie putting pressure on the whole thing). This did something (maybe there was a piece of dust there or something) and it is much much better now (almost no difference - click sound same)

btw nope.. didnt drop it :D thank god.
