Clicking home button in Safari 14.0.1 downloads a file

Hi all.

When I click the home button in Safari 14.0.1 it downloads a file called 'unknown' rather than taking me to my home page (Duckduckgo).

I've tried changing the home page to something else and back and I've tried removing and re-adding the home button.

Has anyone got any idea how to fix this?
