Clicking noise from new MBP

Hello

I got the new mbp and notice sometimes when I'm carrying it I hear a loud clicking noise which seems to be coming from the hard drive. My old mbp never made this noise. Anyone else have this issue or is this normal.

Also I found which I power up the mbp it sometimes will take like 10secs before it boots or I have to click it another time.

Thanks I read the post but I'm Still unsure If this is normal operation or Not. Some are saying it's normal and others say it's not.
