clicking noise?

starting tonite i have ben hearing a light clicking type noise comming out of my computer while im on the internet.

I saw a thread yesterday about a few people having this same problem.. I believe they determined it was coming from the hard drive.
I believe someone said it was the "disk's parking"

Try searching and you should be able to find it..

Generally that's just the arm moving on the hard drive. If it's really loud, like you can hear it over a normal conversation, and your laptop starts freezing up, etc. you might want to take it in. Otherwise, I'd say it's normal.

Mine makes tiny beeping / clicking noises from time to time. Just the hard drive.

Totally cool!!! Having said that, I'm so grateful that I have an SSD in my MB
