Clicking sound top right hand corner of MBP when moved

I moved my laptop up from my bed slightly and accidently let it flop down (short distance) ... and I heard this click sound come from the top right hand corner of my macbook. And now when I do it, I hear it..sounds like its coming from the optical drive. I just bought it 3 months ago, anyone experience this???

NEVERMIND, ***solved*** It was the SMS feature!
