Clicking X button to show more widgets - Apple Menu doesn't move up with menu bar??

So yeah... when I click the X to show all widgets, the screen goes up, but the Apple Menu doesn't. Also, it's as if it is masked by the menu bar, because once the menu bar passes the detached Apple Menu, the Apple disappears.

So... mutant dock that shows transparency instead of reflection when iTunes mini player is at the front, and now a crazy mutant detached Apple menu.

I have the best Leopard ever.
