ClickToFlash / AdBlock on tsn.ca using Safari

Has anyone gotten this to work? I was previously on Chrome before switching back to Safari and cannot get rid of the pre-video advertisements.
ClickToFlash seems to work on YouTube's flash player but not on tsn.ca.

I've found that AdBlock on Safari has never been able to do this. The Chrome version does it beautifully.
