Hi, I'm having some trouble configuring my Airport at the moment.

My setup is as follows:

I have a DSL Internet connection. My Time Capsule is attached to the DSL-Modem and connects via PPPoE.
My Time Capsule's WLAN is configured as 5Ghz n-only with channel set to "Automatic". The Time Capsule serves all clients an IP adress via DHCP.

An Airport Express 802.11n is connected to my Time Capsule via WLAN (Join network, not extend). The Airport Express is configured as a bridge.

Connected to my Airport Express (802.11n) is another, older Airport Express (802.11g) via ethernet cable.
The Airport Express (802.11g) is also configured as a bridge and set to create a WLAN for all the 802.11g devices on channel 6.

Security on both my 5 Ghz n-only and 2.4 Ghz 802.11g WLAN are WPA2 personal.

I tested the whole setup with my Macbook Pro (10.5.4 Leopard, Core 2 Duo, 2nd Gen.) in the following ways:

- joining the 802.11n WLAN (Time Capsule) directly -> Internet works fine
- joining the 802.11g WLAN (Airport Express 802.11g) -> Internet works fine
- attaching the ethernet cable which connects to the 802.11n Airport Expresses to my MBP -> all fine

Now for my problem:
When more than two clients connect to the Time Capsule via 802.11n Wireless, the Airport Express (802.11n) loses its WLAN connection to the Time Capsule. Sometimes, other clients (e.g. my MBP) lose connectivity to the 802.11n network too, but very infrequently.
The symptoms are sometimes a blinking amber light on the Airport Express (n), shifting between amber and green light, or a constant green light, but no connection (tested by attaching my Mac to the Ethernet cable on the Airport Express 802.11n).
This problem is fixed after re-plugging in the Airport Express (n) or the Time Capsule. Though this isn't really a solution.

I have tried resetting ALL my Airport Expresses and Time Capsule to factory settings to no avail. My best bet ist that the Airport Express (802.11n) is defective. Will Apple replace it for me if I'm still within the one year warranty?

Thanks for any tips and insight.
