Clipboard between mac-os and Fusion VM

Hi all
I am using Fusion and Win 7.
I have just uninstalled and installed the VMware tools in order to get the network to work. However, I lost the ability to cut'n paste between the mac-os and win7.

What just happened there? And how do I get it back?

What VMWare Fusion and Mac OS X version do you use?
Have you looked at VMWare Fusion > Preferences > Keyboard & Mouse > Key Mappings if CMD+C and CMD+V are enabled?

When I used it I used control + c/v in Windows then to paste it in Mac I'd use command + c/v and vice versa.

Are you alternating between the command and control key?
