Clipboard sharing no longer working?

As of iOS 26 and macOS Tahoe, I'm no longer able to copy and paste from Mac to iPhone. After copying text on the Mac and tapping on a text input field on the iPhone, the pop-up doesn't show the Paste option, just Apple Intelligence and AutoFill. The other direction (copy on iPhone and paste on Mac) still works.

Is this a known issue or is there something additional that needs to be configured in either platform?

I just noticed this too, although it was between my iPad and MBP.
