Clock Before and After Login

Anyone noticing the clock is showing a different time before you login than it is after you login? Never seen that before. Must be “Bug” Sur. :rolleyes:
 
Apple support just fixed this for me today with a very un-ideal but working fix: Turned off Filevault and restarted.
 
Un ideal indeed, but whatever works right now. Thank you for sharing their workaround.
