While checking game times on my MLB app today, I noticed that the times were given in Mountain Time, but I am in Central Time. The clock on my phone displayed the correct time for Central Time (ex. 3:14p.m.). I then went to the world clock and added Chicago, IL and St. Louis, MO, both which are in Central Time Zone. The time displayed for each was +1 hour then what it should have been (ex. 4:14p.m.). I went to the date & time settings and changed them manually and that worked, but when I changed it back to auto, the problem came back. I would rather have it update automatically. I have reset, taken sim card out, disconnected from Wifi and nothing has worked. Also this is not just my phone. My brother also has an iPhone and we checked it on his and he had the same problem. I was just curious if anyone else is having the same problem or have a solution.

If not, is there anyone out the in Central Time that can check their clock. As of right now, I am still having the problem. Also, my brother lives about an hour away from me (but still in CT), so it isn't just where I live.

I'm in Central time zone and I just checked mine and it's an hour ahead as well. Hmmm. Like you, the time on my phone is correct, it's just the ones in the world clock that are off. Denver, which is an hour behind me, shows the current time here. Chicago shows an hour ahead. Strange!
Kind of an ongoing problem for iPhones following the change to daylight savings time, though mine is working just fine. Hopefully they have a fix in the works...

Where in Central time do you live? Daylight Savings was this weekend and if you're living in IN or near a state border your phone could be getting the time info from a cell tower in a different time zone.
I live in southern Illinois. I don't think it has anything to do with Daylight Savings Time. The phone seems to think I am in Mountain time because when I go to change the date and time manually, it shows Salt Lake City as the city to use. Also in the MLB app, it has MT next to the game times. I called Apple last night and they took my information and I spoke to a software specialists. He was then going to forward this information to an iPhone engineer. He also said he would send me an email asking for more information like software being used, but I haven't received the email yet.
On a side note, customer service at Apple is great. Every time I call, they are always very nice and do everything possible to solve my problem.
