Clock synchronization problem between Windows and Mac

Hello, I am using rMBP 15" 2014 (10.9.5) with Windows 7 64-bit. I tried some methods including modifying a resource file in Windows OS. However, I still have the clock synchronization problem. Could anybody please post a link on procedure that works? Thanks.
