Clone Linux partition from Mac OSX?

Anyone know how to clone a Ext3 partion from OSX.3? I was offered Ghost as a solution but of course, no Ghost for Mac. Anyone have any ideas?

(I'm trying to clone the system drive of a Huge Systems SANStream to a either a quicksilver of USB external drive.)

I use this for my Mac clones but I can't find any info on the webpage or in the forums about Linux/Ext3 clones. If you're indeed able to do it, could you share your process? Thanks.
