I'm having a strange problem...

I'm having a partition on the HDD that is called "Info". In that partition is my home folder...

A couple of days ago I got myself a big enough external HDD and setup TimeMachine... everything went well till this morning...

I woke up and my roommate had force shutdowned my MBP, because she thought that there was something wrong with it... actually I turned off the screen with F1...

Anyway after the forced shutdown, when I started the MBP... I got the default destop without any icons and stuff... as if my homefolder could not be loaded... but without the notification "Your Home folder could not be found at "/Volumes/Info/....etc".

I checked in Finder everything was there, I even restored the homefolder from TM... Then I saw:
In the left part of finder and in diskutility it says "Info" as it should be.
But when I click "Get info" on a file in that partition, I get on path "Volumes/Info 1/path to file". I was like WTF?!?!
Then I tried to upload some pics on FB and in the Java applet I get 2 "Info" partitions: "Info" and "Info 1". "Info 1" is the real deal which is supposed to be "Info". "Info" in the applet has only 2 folders...

I hope you understood what my problems is, because my English isn't as good as I'd like.

And may I ask you on how to remove that "cloned/ghost/partly duplicated" partition?!?!
