For those of you looking to move their multi-boot mac into a larger drive, clonezilla is a great program for doing this but many folk get the dreaded start-up text asking you to "Select CD-ROM Boot Type" without keyboard support (for me this appears on 2007/8 Mac minis) Anyway to avoid that get this version of clonezilla:

The disk drivers on it dont freak out OSX and it boots right up into clonezilla. and the HFS & NTFS support can handle cloning your mac/windows drive no problem (resizing the partitions after that is another issue...)
