Cloning a disk with Boot Camp and Parallels

I've searched and haven't been able to find anything, and I'm hoping someone on this forum can help me out.

I plan on upgrading my 80gb drive on my macBook to a 120gb drive. I am curring using the Bootcamp partition with the Parallels virtualization software package. Is there an easy way for me to clone the 80gb with my Mac partition along with the Bootcamp partition and not have to go through the mess of installing and reinstalling Windows apps and updates?

Thanks in advance for any suggestion.

You could make an image if you have and external drive.

Or you can just clone your Windows partition.

Super Duper should be able to clone the entire disk as well

The 120gb drive is already in a USB 2.0 external enclosure. I'm just looking for a quick an easy way (if one exists). I'm not in a hurry, so I'm willing to listen to any and all suggestions. Thanks again. :)
