I have a HDD from a PC that I want to clone to an SDD, if I plug the HDD into my Mac it shows
three volumes, how do I clone the HDD to an SDD in its working entirety ( clone )

If I plug the HDD into a PC it just shows one volume I do not see the other two.

I assume that the Easeus clone disk option will do this OK ?

SSD [solid state drive] not SDD

Do you know what file system the HDD is using?
FAT32 [MS-DOS FAT]
NTFS
exFAT

Can you post a screenshot of Disk Management [Windows] while the HDD is plugged in?

Can you post a screenshot of Disk Utility [macOS] while the HDD is plugged in?
