Cloning Mac HArd Drive on windows?

I work here at a computer shop mainly a windows computer shop don't get to much mac stuff here, i have a question for anyone that knows how to do this i have two hard drives 30gb that is the source drive and a 40gb which is the destination drive i don't have access to another mac can i clone these on a windows machine if so what program would best do this?

You should be able to use Carbon Copy Cloner and do it on the Mac. CCC is free.
