Cloning OSX ---> EC34 SSD

I just grabbed a filemate expresscard SSD (48gb) and want to transfer over my OS/User profiles so I dont have to re-setup everything (better touch tool, growl etc). I'm not planning on putting any of my media on the SSD, mostly for space reasons, but I have my external and internal 7200rpm drive for that work.

What would be the easiest way of going about this?
