Closed browser still playing a sound!

I played a game on shockwave a few weeks ago and after I shut down the browser it still played the sound. It went away once I turned off the computer (I usually just close the lid) but when I went to view something today the sound from the game came back.

Yes everything was completely closed when I heard the music again I checked force quit and didn't see the browser
