Closed captions re Sundance Now streaming service

On my Apple TV 4K, I have the closed captions turned on and set for the size/color that I prefer. It works great with all of my apps except for Sundance Now. Their captions stay very small, white and difficult to read. Is there any way to get the Sundance shows to play with the larger closed captions that I have set for the Apple TV? Thanks.

They'll have to fix their app, I'd try either their support site, or reaching out on social media.

That's a fairly big accessibility problem, since it could exclude people from being able to use their product. So they should be eager to get it fixed.
