i wanna pick an unlocked iphone 4 from Canada on launch day and i am close to buffalo which is the closest apple store in Canada ?

The Walden Galleria.
Nearest Canadian store is in Square One mall in Mississauga. Drive up the Queen Elizabeth Way, hang a left at Hurontario St, left again at Robert Speck Pkwy, right at the T-junction by the Walmart, left into the parking lot. You're on your own to find the store in the mall; I haven't been to SQ1 since they put in the Apple store there. Used to be a real mall rat when I was in school, but that was a LONG time ago.

Edit: the Apple store at Sherway Gardens mall is a little further, but easier to get to, since the mall is very close to the QEW. Drive up the QEW, exit at The West Mall (a street, not a mall), drive up The West Mall between Sherway Gardens and the hospital, turn right at The Queensway (an arterial road, not the same as the QEW), turn right into the mall parking lot at the interseaction with North Queen St. This will bring you close to the side of the mall where the Apple store is.

The Walden Galleria is in Buffalo, NY

He wants an unlocked iPhone from Canada. Methinks the Apple store at the Galleria in Buffalo, NY won't be selling those......

Whoops. Apologies for the mind fart. All I saw was Canada and something about buying something, which usually means an invasion of the Buffalo area malls during a Canadian holiday. I say this in good humor, of course.

Hey, you never know what they are going to be selling at the Galeria. I still love the fact that the Softtub people were right outside the Apple Store last year during the 3gs launch. Nothing like trying out a hot tub while waiting for your iphone.....lol.
