Closing an App back to Home Screen

When you close any open app and choose to go back to the home screen, does anyone else notice a slight lag particularly on the top bar (signal, time, battery)? I mean a half second lag for it to become aligned.

This might be nitpicky but just want to know if it's just my phone or happens to anyone also. Thanks

I know I keep getting a double statusbar in multitasking view. Happens in tapatalk and a couple of other apps.

It sure does, but it still runs like a dream compared to the iPad version. One can only pray 4.0.3 does something good because I'm genuinely using my Surface until they fix it
