Hello,

Could really use some help with this, please:

Have an iPhone 6S.

Have an App on it I like a lot, Radio 5-0, but-

Can't close the darn thing out. Always seems to be running, and always popping up.
Depletes the battery like mad.

Tried swiping it's icon upward, but the icon doesn't move at all.

Other than dumping the APP, how can I get it to close, totally, please ?

Thanks,
Bob

What do you mean it's always popping up?

And by swiping upward, do you mean you go into the app switcher (by pressing the home button twice) and the swipe up on the whole app preview screenshot that appears on the screen? And it doesn't move away as you swipe it up off the screen?

Hi,

Thanks for help.
Didn't know about that APP Switcher; should have.
I thought you (just) swip upwards the normal App icon that you always have showing.

All set now.

Thanks,

Bob
