Is it possible to 'close' apps after I finish using them? For instance, I'll check out a couple of video's on youtube, then put the device to sleep. The next morning, I will 'wake' the touch, and the search results will still be there?

Yeah I'd really like to know this too, if it can be done. It happens with the internet too... Sort of annoying.
 
You can hold the button (there's only two, figure it out :p) for like 6 seconds and it auto closes them... I'm not sure if they stay closed forever and just saves the information (url) and reloads when you access again, or if this is just a lazy mans way of going to the main page. You can close multiple pages, for sure, just click the bottom right icon.
