Cloud backup : Crashplan, Livedrive and others

Has anyone used Crashplan, Livedrive or other unlimited backup solutions?

What experience have you had ?
i.e

speed (up and down Mbps)
reliability
most importantly : did they have your data when you went to restore?

I have Crashplan and have been pretty happy with it. When I first installed it and did my initial backup (upload) it was able to saturate my then 2Mbps connection, so no complaint there. I have never had to use it to do a full restore, I have restored a few files here and there and that worked fine.

Only issue I has was an odd thing I described in this thread. I have seen a couple other users with the same bug.
