Cloud based inventory app advice

Hi All

For my work I'm on the hunt for a cloud based inventory application.

We have several items that I would like to have in some form of database that when one person updates it on their phone it uploads to the cloud and then updates to all other people's devices.

Does anything like this exist?

The ability to run reports / manage from my mac would be beneficial.

I'm not sure if Dropbox can help you. It does share files to multiple devices, but I do not know about managing them on different devices.

Even I think dropbox is good for sharing files. You can once try it.
