Cloud storage which is solely online?

Is there any cloud services that are solely online? Not like dropbox where it takes up HD space, and syncs online?

I want to move some stuff off my air HD since its only 256gb, but still have access to data through the web?

Amazon's S3 (pricey) is solely based in the "cloud"

You can choose which folders sync with dropbox. Don't sync the ones you want to keep in the cloud.
