is the a cloud sync program that will sync all your documents folders to the cloud like box or dropbox with out having to manually update the files all the time. ie if i update an excel file or add a file to my folders it wouls automatically update to the cloud so can access from either my ipad or iPhone

Why not use Dropbox? That's exactly what it's for.
 
I did not know drop box has an auto sync option
Anytime I make a change in the Dropbox folder of any device, it automatically syncs to all other devices that share that folder. This works between various Macs, PCs and iPhones.
