Cmd-key short cuts don't work anymore

All of a sudden the cmd-key shortcuts don't work anymore on my Macbook Air. This applies to all apps. I haven't done any system upgrades recently. Does anyone know how this happened?

[doublepost=1478874129][/doublepost]I'm not realising it works with some short cut commands and not others. I guess it must be some kind of settings issue. I'll try to "reprogram" the short cuts I have lost.

Reset Your NVRAM. It should reset that anomaly!

A restart fixed it. Should have tried that sooner...
