CMD + number to get to a certain tab not working

I used to be able to press CMD and a number to go to a certain tab within a browser, but it's not working for Chrome nor Firefox.

It used to work in Safari and all but it's not working for all browsers currently for me.

Have you double checked the settings inside Safari and your other browsers?

I know its not issue with settings within browsers because it doesn't work for other apps that are not browsers that has also uses the same shortkey combination.
